Lendflow

An embedded lending platform that routes US small business applications to a network of more than 75 lenders.

Lendflow sells embedded lending infrastructure to software platforms, payments companies and lenders in the United States. A platform adds a widget, a hosted page or an API, and applications go to lenders in Lendflow’s network, which Lendflow puts at more than 75. Loan types include term loans, SBA financing, invoice factoring and merchant cash advances. Lendflow’s terms state it is not a creditor: the lender that approves an application is the lender of record. Lendflow does not publish prices.

Questions

Does Lendflow lend the money?
No. Its customer terms state that Lendflow is not a creditor and not a party to the financing agreement; the network lender that approves an application decides and funds it.
What does the California DFPI record for Lendflow?
The DFPI lists Lendflow, Inc. under California Financing Law license 60DBO-198376 (NMLS 2234899). Its consent order of October 8, 2025 records a finding that Lendflow engaged in the business of a broker without a California Financing Law license from 2020 to 2025; without admitting or denying the findings, Lendflow agreed to a desist-and-refrain order, a $210,000 penalty and $40,000 in investigative costs, with the broker license to issue on payment.
How long does an integration take?
Lendflow says most brands launch a white-label widget in under two weeks and that full API integrations usually ship in 30 to 45 days.
