Parafin

White-labeled small-business financing for platforms, with loans from Celtic Bank and cards from Column N.A.

Parafin provides embedded lending to software platforms, marketplaces and payment companies: it runs their white-labeled small-business financing programs, handling underwriting, compliance, servicing and support while the platform earns a share of the fees. Its products are working-capital loans and cash advances under Capital, a business Spend Card and a Pay Over Time credit line.

Parafin’s own pages name Celtic Bank as the lender and Column N.A. as the card issuer. Businesses pay one fixed fee over the term rather than interest. Parafin is based in San Francisco; its API documentation requires an access code. On September 30, 2026, Parafin announced that it had reached an agreement to be acquired by Stripe.
