Questions

Who funds a YouLend cash advance?
YouLend does, and its documentation says partners offer the product without liability, though a partner may instead supply its own capital and make its own credit decisions. Under a forward-flow agreement announced March 3, 2026, Värde Partners may buy up to $225 million in receivables originated by YouLend to fund US growth.
What regulatory status does YouLend state?
By its own account, YouLend Limited is authorised and regulated by the FCA as a payment institution under the Payment Services Regulations 2017, firm reference number 947287, and YouLend ApS is authorised by Denmark’s Finanstilsynet under FTID 22048. YouLend also says its UK merchant financing agreements fall outside FCA regulation.
How does a platform integrate?
YouLend’s docs describe a no-code journey, co-branded and partner-hosted onboarding, embedded components and a fully embedded white-label integration.
