Blend
A digital origination platform for US mortgages, home equity, consumer loans and deposit accounts.
Blend is a digital origination platform that US banks, credit unions and mortgage lenders use for mortgage and home equity applications, consumer loans and deposit account opening. Its products include the Mortgage Suite, the Consumer Banking Suite, Rapid Home Equity and Blend Autopilot, which reviews borrower documents.
Blend’s annual report says it charges fees on completed transactions, such as a funded loan or an opened account, and nothing for abandoned or rejected applications, and that its customers are currently based in the United States. Blend is listed on the New York Stock Exchange as BLND; its SEC filings give Novato, California, as its principal office.
