Anchorage Digital
Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform built on a national trust bank, offering custody and stablecoin issuance.
Anchorage Digital sells custody, trading, staking and settlement to institutions, plus fiat banking with USD accounts, wires and ACH. Its stablecoin issuance product covers issuance, custody and settlement in one system: 1:1 mint and redemption, segregated vaults with access controls, smart contract deployment on EVM chains, Solana, Cosmos and others, and monthly reserve attestations. Its site quotes Ethena Labs on USDtb and OSL Group on USDGO, both issued with Anchorage Digital Bank. It also offers tokenized deposits and a stablecoin network for banks.
The OCC approved the conversion of Anchorage Trust Company, a South Dakota trust company, into Anchorage Digital Bank, National Association on January 13, 2021, and the conversion took effect on January 19, 2021, under charter number 25243. An operating agreement with the OCC sets capital, liquidity and risk management requirements. “Anchorage Digital” refers to subsidiaries of Anchor Labs, Inc.
