LoanPro announced products for payments, card-based loan disbursement and AI-assisted servicing on September 24, 2026 at its Salt Flats Summit. DirectPay is payment processing LoanPro built itself. Beyond Credit is a virtual Mastercard that sends loan funds to a borrower’s Apple Pay or Google Pay wallet in real time, 24 hours a day, including weekends and holidays when ACH does not run.
What LoanPro announced
The company renamed its payment suite LoanPro Payments and says it moves about $4 billion a month in loan repayments and disbursements across its customer base, according to the release. DirectPay reconciles transactions automatically because LoanPro holds both the loan data and the processing data. New customers can begin accepting payments about 20 minutes after approval, and the release says DirectPay runs on partner infrastructure that processes more than $2 trillion in transactions a year, without naming the partner.
Two third-party pieces sit beside it. Moov becomes the first payment processor customers can buy directly through LoanPro, on one contract and one pricing schedule, and CheckAlt adds lockbox processing, the handling of payments sent by mail. Rhett Roberts, CEO and co-founder, said “payment processing, real-time card disbursement and AI guardrails are now built into LoanPro’s core.”
How Beyond Credit works
Beyond Credit is a virtual Mastercard that works as an access device to an installment loan. The card does not revolve and carries no fees or interest; those terms stay on the loan in LoanPro. Lenders can limit where it works by merchant name, merchant ID, location or merchant category code, and they receive merchant-level spend data. LoanPro is the program manager, handling customer service, disputes and chargebacks and managing fraud mitigation with Mastercard and its issuing processor.
The release does not name the bank or the issuing processor. LoanPro’s Beyond Credit product page says the product “is already integrated with Cross River Bank, Mastercard, and Galileo,” that LoanPro handles the BIN sponsor relationship and the issuing processor, that a card can stay active for up to a year and be frozen on delinquency, and that no traditional bank account is required to receive funds.
What it changes for lenders
Installment lenders on LoanPro can fund a loan to a wallet card instead of waiting for an ACH window, with limits and reporting at the merchant level. Buying processing and lockbox through the servicing vendor also puts payments on the same contract as servicing, and LoanPro says it will keep supporting existing processor integrations. The product page’s bank partner, Cross River Bank, has its own profile.
What to watch
- Associated Ledgers, which give full secured-card support, reach installment loans by the end of 2026, per the release.
- The LoanPro MCP, an interface for connecting AI agents to LoanPro data: every request passes through the platform’s role-based access controls, phase one is live, phase two covers borrower communications, and a third phase is planned for next year.
- Pricing, interchange sharing and the names of onboarded lenders are not published.
