Highnote
One platform for card issuing, merchant acquiring, credit and money movement, built on its own ledger.
Highnote runs card issuing, merchant acquiring, credit programs and money movement on one platform with a real-time ledger and a GraphQL API. It serves fintechs, payment facilitators, ISOs, vertical SaaS companies and marketplaces, for US card programs. Highnote’s 2022 program announcements name Sutton Bank as a card issuer, and Cross River Bank announced a stablecoin settlement capability with Highnote in Visa’s pilot in December 2025. It publishes standard acquiring pricing of 2.85% plus 25 cents per transaction and quotes issuing individually. Highnote is based in San Francisco.
