Gr4vy

A PSP-agnostic payment orchestration platform that runs each merchant on its own dedicated instance.

Gr4vy sells payment orchestration: one API connecting a merchant’s checkout to many processors, payment methods and fraud tools. Merchants keep their contracts and fees with each provider. Flow rules route card payments by amount, BIN, country, currency or card scheme, retry retriable declines on the next connection and split traffic for tests. A vault stores cards, provisions network tokens and forwards card data to third parties. Gr4vy states PCI DSS Level 1 compliance and does not publish pricing.

Questions

Is Gr4vy a payment processor?
No. It describes itself as an orchestration platform rather than a payment service provider, and merchants keep their own contracts and fees with each provider.
Does Gr4vy retry declined payments on another processor?
Yes. Its documentation says failed transactions and retriable declines are retried on the next connection in a rule’s sequence.
Can stored cards be moved into Gr4vy?
Yes. A token import migrates stored payment data from a merchant’s current provider into the Gr4vy vault.
