Lineage Bank
A Tennessee bank under a 2024 FDIC order on its fintech partners and a second, broader order from June 2026.
Lineage Bank is a state-chartered bank in Franklin, Tennessee, supervised by the FDIC. Its consent order FDIC-23-0041b of January 30, 2024 concerns its “Third-Party Risk Management Program and its Financial Technology (FinTech) partners”. It bars onboarding new fintech partners until a formal onboarding process is in place and bars deposit growth from new fintech partners until the third-party risk program is adequate; it also requires exit plans for significant fintech partners and a BaaS risk assessment.
A second consent order, FDIC-26-0028b of June 24, 2026, covers capital, problem loans and brokered deposits and does not mention fintech partners.
